Canadian Chiropractic Convention 2010 Convention & Session Protocols We strive to provide a wonderful convention experience for all delegates. To ensure everyone enjoys their time with us, please follow the protocols outlined below. 1. Wear the name tag provided when you checked in or registered onsite to access the convention venues. 2. Ensure your cell phone is on silent or off prior to the start of each session you attend. 3. For the courtesy to both the other delegates and our speakers, be in the room prior to the specified start time for each session you attend. 4. Refrain from side conversations during sessions or events. 5. At the close of each session, please clear out in a timely fashion to allow the next speaker time to set up. Message Centre If you are trying to locate someone during the convention, make use of the message centre to post a message or check for messages left for you by others. Sheraton Centre Toronto • The Link Cafe has computer stations set up with internet access for guests staying in the hotel. Internet here is free of charge, you only need your room number. • Tour Desk staff are able to assist you in booking tours for family members or making reservations for dinner at one of Toronto’s many fabulous eateries. • Valet Parking is offered on a first-come-first-served basis to anyone with business in the hotel. There are a limited number of spots and the cost is $45 per day. Prize Pickups If you are one of the lucky delegates who were drawn as a winner of one of the awesome giveaways, please visit the convention office during the hours specified to collect your prize.
